Job Summary
Procurement Specialist responsible for sourcing, purchasing and managing inventory for medical imaging equipment (X-ray, fluoroscopy, CT) and related services to support installation and service operations. Maintains vendor relationships, negotiates pricing and terms, creates and tracks purchase orders, monitors stock levels and lead times, and provides updates to management. Collaborates with Sales and Service Operations to align procurement with project timelines, ensures compliance with CMS Imaging policies and regulatory standards (FDA, ISO), and supports supplier performance, traceability, warranties, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
- Vendor management and negotiation experience required
- Experience with medical imaging equipment preferred
- Proficiency with ERP or purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
