Job Summary
Manage sourcing and purchasing of MRO materials, equipment, and plant services for capital projects and operations. Conduct sourcing events using RFQ and sealed bids, perform commercial evaluations, and finalize purchase order execution. Proactively engage stakeholders to select new suppliers, lead qualification processes, and maintain the Approved Vendor List. Drive order expediting by coordinating with field material coordinators and establish priorities for jobsite projects. Negotiate terms with suppliers, resolve delivery discrepancies and invoice claims with Finance, and implement global procurement initiatives. Develop annual contracting plans, generate purchasing reports, and track S2P metrics to optimize costs and supplier performance.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in (Engineering/ Supply Chain or Business)
- Knowledgeable experience in MRO Materials and Plant services sourcing, warehouse & inventory management or supply chain operations
- At least 2 years
- Candidate must be capable to communicate (read, write and speak) in Spanish and English language
- Knowledgeable in Contracting and Procurement Process, eSourcing, contract administration, and eProcurement
- Excellent planning, analytical, people and communication skills
- Expertise in advanced data analytics using Power BI and MS Access / Excel
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years is a plus
- Knowledgeable with tools such as ARIBA, SAP, S/4 Hana, Ketera and GEP
