Job Summary
Perform and document requirements analyses, coordinate with business owners to draft procurement request documentation including statements of work and IGCEs, and conduct alternatives analyses alongside market research. Prepare and implement procurement strategies ensuring compliance with guidelines, develop Capital Planning and Investment Control documentation, and manage the process in accordance with OMB Circular A-11 and DHS instructions. Conduct procurement risk assessments and maintain detailed records of all activities. This role supports federal government clients across sectors including cyber security and engineering services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferably in the fields of finance or accounting
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 10 years of demonstrated experience
- Detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills
- Exceptional writer
- Ability/Willingness to Travel to Washington, DC occasionally
- Eligibility to receive DHS suitability
- U.S. Work Authorization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination
