Job Summary
Coordinate with local, regional, and global resources to execute sourcing plans for LBU Machines and Generators while developing and managing direct and indirect material suppliers. Conduct capacity assessments of suppliers, manage delivery schedules, and perform market research to benchmark raw material procurement prices. Manage and evaluate supplier risks to facilitate long-term cooperation and sustainable development, while maintaining existing supplier relationships through continuous cost analysis and control. Execute assigned activities per ABB standard procedures and deliver training programs to ensure compliance and foster professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineering, Mold, Supply Chain Management or other related fields
- Over 3 years of direct sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management experience in MNC
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Must have strong ownership
- Must be pro-active
- Must have good communication
- Must have teamwork spirit
- Must have integrity
- Must have open mind
- Must have good logical thinking
