Job Summary

Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to deliver value through cost savings, risk mitigation, and supply chain optimization. Manage and enhance strategic sourcing initiatives by ensuring reliable, cost-effective procurement of critical materials and services while supporting the mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management, utilizing strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with ERP systems and spend analytics. Requires a Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience, with 25-50% travel as required. Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience in mid to large multinational companies

  • Experience working in regulated industries like life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities

  • Ability to build consensus and collaborate across global matrix organizations
  • Demonstrated success in achieving cost savings and process improvements
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to travel 25-50% as required
  • Fluency in English required
  • Comprehensive understanding of procurement best practices, processes and methodologies
  • Experience with continuous improvement/lean methodologies
  • Demonstrated negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
