Procurement & Sourcing Operations Analyst, Specialist

Lead low and medium complexity sourcing transactions by assessing business needs, facilitating discussions on relationship and cost with suppliers, and driving engagements through defined processes. Interface with stakeholders, resolve issues, and oversee contract reviews, approvals, and negotiations while interpreting risk exposures. Identify value creation opportunities through supplier consolidation and process optimization, ensuring data entry into management systems and compliance with procurement policies. Participate in strategic vendor initiatives and special projects as assigned. This role supports Enterprise Supply Management within Vanguard, an investment management company serving individual and institutional investors, utilizing a hybrid working model.
