Job Summary

Procurement Service Manager to serve as the critical focal point between customers and global suppliers, ensuring AOG and critical requirements are met with proactive solutions. Drive customer interface and facilitation, organize program reviews, coordinate forecasts with Airbus affiliates and external suppliers, and manage information flow to ensure on-time PO and sales order fulfillment. Lead risk assessment and mitigation discussions, provide status updates and closed-loop action plans, and engage SAP/MRP systems along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting. Also support Siebel Service Requests, and navigate ITAR-related constraints while maintaining compliance and strong stakeholder communication. This role combines strategic planning with urgent execution to optimize procurement operations and supplier performance in a high-demand aerospace environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Customer Service or Planning
  • Strong Data Analysis
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
  • SAP/MRP
  • Travel: Minimal-5% Domestic and International
  • U.S. Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizenship, green card holder or equivalent)
