Job Summary
Procurement Service Manager responsible for serving as the focal point between customers and global suppliers, ensuring timely fulfillment of AOG and critical requirements, and facilitating closed-loop communication with internal teams and external suppliers. Key duties include managing forecasts, lead times, and risk mitigation; coordinating with internal departments and Airbus affiliates to align on forecast and procurement plans; maintaining status through regular reviews, dashboards, and reports; and driving on-time delivery of parts and related orders. The role requires strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills, experience with SAP/MRP, and the ability to meet tight customer deadlines in a complex aerospace environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Customer Service or Planning
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
- SAP/MRP
