Procurement Service Engineer I

Receive and prioritize IT service requests from various departments and clients, allocating tasks to technicians based on skills and urgency. Intake support issues via phone and ITSM tools while resolving basic troubleshooting problems. Collaborate with Project Managers to identify vendor needs, process purchase orders within budget constraints, and manage inventory levels. Establish strong vendor relationships, evaluate performance against contractual agreements, and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and procurement transactions, generating reports for management review. Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry best practices across all IT operations.
