Procurement Senior Manager

Job Summary
Lead the full procurement lifecycle across multiple markets, defining and executing procurement strategy, conducting cost analysis and benchmarking, managing price and contract negotiations, ensuring supplier performance and compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to support project timelines and budgets. Drive savings, mitigate risk, and optimize vendor performance while maintaining governance and adherence to policies. Proficiency in negotiation, data analysis, and ERP tools, with strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities. Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in direct and indirect procurement, preferably within construction, data centre, or building maintenance and operations environments
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, and quality
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor-relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP procurement tools
