Job Summary
Establish and maintain consolidated programme-wide visibility of procurement, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, inspection status, dispatch, and delivery activities across a large-scale hybrid renewable energy programme. Identify long-lead equipment and critical path supply chain risks, assess vendor capacity and transportation constraints, then develop mitigation recommendations and recovery strategies. Coordinate expediting actions with package SCM teams, contractors, and OEMs while monitoring transportation, customs clearance, and site delivery performance. Prepare regular reports on procurement status and delivery performance to support informed decision-making by programme leadership and the Client. Collaborate with planning, construction, and quality teams to ensure integrated programme delivery and contribute to executive reviews and risk workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, or project delivery environments
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Project Management
- Experience on large-scale infrastructure, renewable energy, power, transmission, or EPC projects
- Proven experience managing critical equipment procurement and international logistics activities
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle management
- Expertise in supply chain risk assessment and mitigation
- Knowledge of manufacturing, FAT, inspection, logistics, and transportation processes
- Experience with EPC, OEM, and contractor management environments
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple project packages
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in project controls and reporting systems
