Procurement Purchasing Coordinator

Coordinate the procurement and ordering of fixtures, fittings, equipment, and store development materials, managing purchase orders from order through to delivery and invoice reconciliation. Act as the central coordination point between Project Managers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics providers to ensure projects are supplied accurately, on time, within budget, and with maintained relationships. Work closely with the National Project Delivery team to align procurement activities with project budgets, timelines, and construction programmes. Build strong supplier relationships, monitor pricing and performance, and support supplier reviews, tenders, and onboarding. Coordinate deliveries to stores, warehouses, and project sites, manage inventory and asset records, and identify opportunities to reuse and standardise existing fixtures. Support cost-saving and value engineering initiatives, negotiate pricing, monitor project spend, and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and outcomes.
