Job Summary
Procurement Project Manager responsible for bridging Program, Engineering, and Change Boards within Airbus Aerostructures' Procurement. Drives NPIs from supplier side, tracks costs and lead times, develops dashboards and KPIs, and supports NPI processes and data analysis. Collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Cost Engineers, Strategic Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain Quality to ensure accurate data, feasibility assessments, and alignment across departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years in procurement/supply chain/project management, SAP/PLM/C-Place/Skywise/Google Workspace knowledge, and willingness to travel. Fluent English; German is a plus. Flexible working arrangements and international travel are supported.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain or Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in procurement, supply chain and operations as well as project management
- Strong customer orientation with effective communication and assertiveness
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Knowledge in SAP, PLM, C-Place, Skywise & Google Workspace
- Fluency in English; German a plus
- Willingness to travel (national/international)
- Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment
