Procurement Planner / Senior Procurement Planner

Job Summary
Procurement activities for assigned materials, acting as main interface with the customer order planning team and project stakeholders, coordinating material delivery and MRP-driven actions; perform material simulation to meet demand fluctuations, review MRP reports, provide daily updates on material delivery issues, participate in regular task force calls, escalate as needed, ensure timely material arrival to prevent production disruption, monitor supplier delivery performance, manage suppliers with higher complexity and supplier development, support reports and presentations, contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives, review planning parameters against business trends, support inventory management to achieve monthly coverage and favorable inventory turns, and assist with ECN-related dates and material classifications as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- 3-5 years of related working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of MRP is essential
- Related working experience in material and procurement planning environment is required
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Data management and tracking skills
- Decision making strength is essential
