Job Summary
Lead and manage procurement metrics, projects, and transitions to support growth and strategic expansion of the procurement portfolio. Use data analytics and visualization to provide insights for decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and deliver procurement strategies that meet customer and business partner needs. Collaborate with Procurement, customers, business partners, and key stakeholders to ensure projects and transitions are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with quality expectations. Strengthen project management practices and drive continuous improvement across procurement. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience with at least 3 years in project management and data analytics; proficiency with KPI reporting/operational dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
- 9+ years overall experience with a minimum of 3 years in project management and expertise in data analytics
- Experience with KPI reporting or operational dashboards, and metrics tracking
- Ability to work in a cross-functional/global environment and effectively coordinate with stakeholders
