Job Summary
Procurement Operations Specialist – External Manufacturing in Arese, Italy, focusing on pricing execution, cost-card management, and PIH coordination across Europe. Collaborates with contract manufacturers and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Planning, Engineering, Quality) to ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient operations. Key duties include global pricing processes, pricing data management, cost-card data consolidation and validation with contract manufacturers, maintaining SAP data for finished goods, coordinating PIH lifecycle, and ensuring documentation completeness. Strong Excel and SAP experience, plus excellent cross-functional communication and attention to detail, are required. English proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, finance operations, or similar roles
- Strong Excel skills (handling large datasets)
- Experience with SAP or willingness to learn
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
