Job Summary
Procurement Operations Manager, Technical Systems: drive system enhancements, configuration improvements, and AI-powered innovation across Salesforce's procurement ecosystem. Responsibilities include platform configuration & support, IT partnership & troubleshooting, AI integration, end-to-end commodity program management, process improvement & reporting, stakeholder enablement, and leveraging AI productivity tools to reduce manual drafting and data entry. Requires 3-5 years in procurement operations or ERP platforms, hands-on Salesforce experience, experience with system configuration projects (UAT, change management, release coordination), familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms, and strong analytical and communication skills. Role is a contributor position with a hybrid schedule (three days in office per week) and involves cross-functional collaboration across procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, systems administration, or a related field with direct exposure to enterprise procurement or ERP platforms
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (configuration, reporting, workflow automation)
- Experience supporting or leading system configuration projects, including UAT, change management, and release coordination
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and Slack is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, interpret data, and surface insights
- Clear communicator who can translate technical updates into actionable guidance
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with broad scope and without direct reports, while collaborating with team members
