Job Summary
Procurement Operations Analyst responsible for the supplier management lifecycle and support of supplier-facing applications. Acts as the central point of contact for suppliers and QTS employees seeking to initiate or update supplier relationships; supports procurement functions across enterprise systems; reviews and approves purchase requisitions and purchase orders; assists in contract execution; drives process improvements to deliver value while reducing risk and achieving high compliance; helps maximize cost savings and guide appropriate buying channels; maintains digital vendor catalogs, onboarding, and supplier inquiries; serves as data steward for procurement and inventory data; establishes data cleansing/classification processes; performs data analysis in Excel to support executive decisions; assists with ad-hoc research and reporting of vendor spend, shipping, returns, and invoice management; partners with Accounts Payable and internal teams to resolve payment obligations; supports special projects like vendor audits and policy adherence; creates educational documentation on process, policy, and system usage; liaises between Procurement and internal user departments; eligible for broad benefits and equity. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Operations or Finance
- Two or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply-Chain, Account Management, or other roles demonstrating relationship building and maintenance
