Job Summary
Support procurement activity across property management services by assisting with tender processes, supplier onboarding, and contract award documentation. Maintain the approved supplier database, track performance using KPIs and SLAs, and escalate poor supplier performance or non-compliance. Prepare data for commercial negotiations, generate regular reporting on savings and risks, and ensure all procurement decisions are auditable and compliant with internal governance. Work with Property Management, Facilities Management, and Finance teams to gather requirements and balance value, quality, and service delivery. This growth role within an expanding procurement function requires a background in Facilities Management or Real Estate, ideally with a bias towards M&E.
Required Qualifications
- A background in Facilities Management or Real Estate
- Ideally with a bias towards M&E
- Procurement, supply chain, contract administration, supplier management or commercial support experience
- Experience in property, facilities management, real estate or operational services
- Good understanding of tendering, RFQs, supplier onboarding and procurement administration
- Good understanding of contract records, procurement controls, approval processes and audit trails
- Commercial awareness across cost, value, service quality and operational risk
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple procurement workstreams
- Confident stakeholder engagement across Property Management, Facilities Management, Asset Management and Finance
- Clear written reporting, communication and document management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- UK wide travel as required
- On site work (with option for 1 day WFH after 6 month probation)
