Procurement Officer- F& B

Source reliable suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and services while maintaining approved lists and price agreements. Process purchase requests, negotiate pricing, issue LPOs, and track deliveries to ensure quality standards and budget compliance. Coordinate with storekeepers on stock levels, reorder points, and expiry dates to prevent stock-outs while avoiding overstocking. Monitor prices, wastage, and availability with operations and cost control teams to recommend cost-saving alternatives. Ensure all supplier documents, invoices, and food safety approvals are complete, resolving delivery shortages and quality complaints. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Hospitality with 3-5 years of F&B procurement experience.
