Job Summary
Source and procure raw materials, packaging, feed, equipment, and operational supplies while identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for optimal quality, pricing, and delivery terms. Manage purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouse and production teams. Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis to recommend savings, and maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and budgets while building strong vendor relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of procurement experience in the poultry or food manufacturing industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the poultry, food manufacturing, FMCG, or agricultural industry
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
