Job Summary
Procurement MI and Insights Senior Analyst responsible for stakeholder engagement with Procurement Performance Intelligence and Global Procurement teams to drive data assurance and respond to data needs. Liaise with collaborators across time zones and languages, requiring strong coordination. Produce analytics and BI reports using Power BI to support procurement performance. Build data analysis products that answer business questions using procurement data. Develop and maintain simple, effective, future-proof procurement analytics solutions. Develop clear, timely management reports that drive continuous improvement. Automate recurring reports and enable self-serve dashboards. Analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights. Work in an Agile squad to understand requirements and recommend analytics solutions. Develop new Power BI solutions aligned with internal processes and standards. Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Apply Microsoft technologies to optimize analytics processes. Ensure analytics solutions are scalable and aligned with long-term business needs. Data management and compliance with BP policies; ensure data integrity and transparent data collection, transformation, and collation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in any subject area or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in analytics field covering data management & collaborator engagement
- 2 years of analytical visualisation skills
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex graphs
- Experience in Power BI
- Knowledge of Procurement S2P concepts and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, JDE)
- Understanding of AGILE methodologies & experience leading squads (added advantage)
- Technical skills around big data technologies (e.g., Claude Code, PowerPlatform tools) is an added advantage
- Experience with SQL
- Procurement / Finance knowledge – S2P process knowledge
- Procurement / Finance system experience – SAP, Ariba, Salesforce (optional)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
