Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Lead the full RFP lifecycle end-to-end from requirements to evaluation, negotiation, and supplier onboarding; design and implement procurement solutions to improve customer experience; drive automation across the procurement lifecycle using RPA and AI; utilize Power BI dashboards to track spend and generate insights for sourcing and cost optimization; ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance to mitigate risks; develop and deliver training to strengthen negotiation and category management; act as liaison between procurement, finance, legal, and other teams to align processes and policies; foster supplier partnerships built on mutual trust and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Experience driving cross-functional projects
- Familiar with ERP and Procurement tools such as Oracle and SAP
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels across a diverse environment
- Understanding of Japanese regulatory requirements related to procurement activities
