Job Summary
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFQs, RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection) and manage supplier relationships across the full lifecycle; draft, negotiate, and manage contracts to support compliance, supply continuity, and commercial value; develop category strategies aligned to manufacturing, quality, and business needs; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed fit-for-purpose procurement frameworks, governance, and continuous improvement; 5+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing or category management; experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare and GMP exposure; hybrid work option with the Westmead, NSW location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
- Strong commercial and negotiation capability, including experience with complex supplier agreements and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other regulated manufacturing environments will be highly regarded
- Exposure to GMP or mission-critical supply chains will be viewed favourably
- End-to-end supplier and contract management experience
- Be comfortable operating in an environment where structure is still being established
- Ability to lead sourcing activity, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement directly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
