Job Summary
Manage project-related purchasing activities for solar tracker components in the U.S., conducting RFQs, evaluating offers, and leading commercial negotiations. Ensure material availability and timely delivery for ongoing EPC projects while supporting global strategic sourcing initiatives for supplier selection and contract preparation. Collaborate with Logistics, Project Management, and Engineering teams to align purchasing needs and maintain delivery schedules. Monitor local market trends, price developments, and supply chain risks, ensuring compliance with import/export laws and trade policies. Maintain purchasing data and supplier performance records to contribute to cost optimization and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in the renewable energy, construction, or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. supplier landscape, procurement regulations, and logistics processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office tools
- Hands-on, structured, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Willingness to travel to suppliers, project sites, and company locations as required
