Job Summary
Own and drive the regional procurement game plan by acting as the go-to partner for key stakeholders across the business. Stay ahead of the market to build category expertise and execute bold sourcing strategies that keep the business fueled for growth. Manage direct spend categories end-to-end, secure supply through strong supplier partnerships, and proactively manage risk to ensure the engine never slows down. Continuously optimize the supply chain by evaluating raw material and landed costs, leveraging data-driven insights to forecast demand, and championing high-impact value creation initiatives. Ensure a reliable, long-term supply of materials to support business and category growth in the region by delivering on time in full, minimizing disruption, and enabling consistent operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in packaging, ingredient and copacking procurement
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Fast moving consumer goods company
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM(Certified Professional in Supply Management) ideal
