Job Summary

Procurement Manager leads, plans, and oversees all procurement activities across the company, ensuring policy compliance, alignment with project budgets, supplier management, and cost-effective purchasing. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, setting KPIs, establishing procedures, contributing to annual departmental budgets, coordinating with FF&E and QS for material identification, reviewing supplier selections and subcontractor scopes, negotiating high-value procurements, approving purchase orders and subcontract agreements, and ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 7–12 years of procurement experience with supervisory roles, CPSM and related courses, and fluency in Arabic and English. The role involves leadership, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and process improvement across procurement operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 to 12 years of procurement experience including supervisory or team lead roles
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
  • Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management Course
  • Excellent level in Arabic and English (written, reading, speaking)
  • Operational Planning and Execution with FF&E integration and material specification review
