Job Summary
Procurement Manager to lead a centralized procurement function for Rally House, negotiating with vendors, driving cost savings, standardizing contract structures, and implementing a formal purchasing/approval process. The role requires hands-on, analytical execution and cross-functional partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Marketing and Operations to deliver measurable value. Responsibilities include creating contracts workflows from start to finish with record retention, ensuring protections in agreements (pricing controls, SLAs, termination rights, liability), maintaining a centralized contract repository, renewal tracking, standardizing NetSuite workflows, leading competitive bidding (RFPs) to improve pricing and vendor consolidation, and developing policies for exceptions and overrides. Skills include planning, delegation, written and verbal communication, vendor outreach and negotiation, contract assessment, and strategic problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a procurement role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or Supply Management or equivalent experience
