Job Summary
Own and drive the regional procurement game plan by acting as the go-to partner for key stakeholders, executing bold sourcing strategies, and managing direct spend categories end-to-end. Stay ahead of the market to build category expertise, secure supply through strong supplier partnerships, and proactively manage risk while continuously optimizing the supply chain. Evaluate raw material and landed costs, leverage data-driven insights to forecast demand, and champion value creation initiatives that aggressively reduce risk and unlock savings. Ensure a reliable, long-term supply of materials to support business growth by delivering on time in full, maintaining required quality standards, and minimizing disruption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related field preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in packaging, ingredient and copacking procurement
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Fast moving consumer goods company
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM(Certified Professional in Supply Management) ideal
