Job Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle for projects, including materials management and contracts management. This role requires drafting and coordinating materials management strategies, implementing procurement processes, and providing supervision to team members in contracting and purchasing. The ideal candidate has a significant management experience in an EPCM project environment, is fluent in English and Korean, and possesses strong negotiation and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of procurement processes and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 12-20 years of experience in management roles within capital projects
- Related training in Contracts/Legal and project management
- Experience with drafting commercial terms and conditions
- Ability to set up and execute contracting and purchasing strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English (both speaking and written)
- Experience in an EPCM project environment
- Understanding of quality systems and environmental regulations
- Proficient negotiation and communication skills
