Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Own strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management for Photopolymer raw materials across FEUS sites, including commercial supplier reviews and performance management in partnership with Supplier Quality Engineering. Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, agreements, capacity, and cost-reduction programs; document savings per the FEUS Procurement Value governance procedure. Manage international supplier relationships and consignment programs, coordinating with global affiliate procurement teams. Serve as the senior procurement presence for the North Kingstown site, representing Procurement in site leadership forums, product change notification reviews, and supplier quality processes. Partner with Operational Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to align supplier capacity with demand plans and mitigate supply risks for single-source materials. Provide procurement reporting on KPIs, spend, and savings, escalating contract risks to the Sr. Director with recommended actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive procurement experience
- Direct materials in chemicals, electronic materials, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or comparable specification-driven manufacturing
- Leading complex supplier negotiations
- Managing strategic, single/sole-source supplier relationships
- Working knowledge of SAP (ECC and/or S/4)
- Strong analytical and spend-analysis skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance
- Ability to operate independently as the senior procurement presence on site
