Procurement Manager – Fresh Produce (Egypt)

Procurement Manager for fresh fruits and vegetables in Egypt. Responsibilities include managing sourcing and procurement of fresh fruits and vegetables across Egypt, building and maintaining supplier relationships with local stakeholders, supporting business development and market expansion in Egypt, and overseeing and optimizing procurement processes and supplier performance. Requirements include 5–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing in the food/agri-food sector, strong knowledge of the Egyptian fruit and vegetable market, proven supplier management, negotiation, and process optimization skills, fluency in English (Polish an advantage), and willingness to travel extensively within Egypt.
