Job Summary
Procurement Manager leads strategic sourcing, contract administration, and vendor management for a client account across multiple sites, with high visibility and client-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities include supplier consolidation, cost-saving initiatives, eRFPs, contract interpretation, records retention, and reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/master’s preferred) and 5+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing, with experience in AI-driven procurement and contract-management platforms; leadership of a Procurement Coordinator and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
- MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in Facility services, or related discipline.
- Must possess legal knowledge, the ability to prepare/negotiate agreements & amendments, and the ability to explain to clients the specifics of the contracts.
- Must possess analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Self-motivated and work independently to find solutions
