Job Summary
Procurement Manager, Connected Home leads end-to-end procurement and supplier management with a focus on scalable, standardized processes, supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence. Drives cross-functional process design with Product, Finance, and Engineering teams; establishes supplier performance frameworks (scorecards, cadences, accountability across cost, delivery, quality, and service); resolves systemic issues through root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes; oversees reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for executive audiences; collaborates with internal stakeholders to align procurement with growth and risk strategies; develops supplier strategies and roadmaps; manages supplier relationships and drives continuous improvement and compliance across procurement activities; provides leadership for ad hoc initiatives and fosters cross-org collaboration to execute on business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations
- Experience leading processes, programs, or teams (directly or indirectly)
- Experience in supplier management, operations, or process improvement preferred
