Job Summary

Procurement Manager responsible for end-to-end procurement across Machinery & Industrial Services, Raw & Secondary Materials, MRO - Spare Parts & Consumables, and General & IT Goods and Services. Leads sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management; develops and implements procurement strategies to support operational goals, cost optimization, and long-term business objectives. Identifies cost-saving opportunities through total cost of ownership analysis and cross-functional collaboration; partners with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely procurement support. Manages supplier relationships, stays current on market trends for materials and equipment, supports strategic sourcing and group-wide agreements with Corporate Procurement, ensures compliance with procurement policies, and utilizes ERP systems to manage purchasing activities, reporting, and data analysis. Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and supplier performance in a dynamic industrial manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier management
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships across multiple procurement categories
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
  • CPSM, CPIM, or CSCP certifications are a plus
  • Experience purchasing synthetic polymers and metals (e.g., copper, aluminum) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of indirect and direct procurement best practices and supplier management
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships across multiple procurement categories
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
