Job Summary
Lead a team of supply chain professionals, project managers, and business analysts to support the development and deployment of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, program management, quality, EHS) to develop end-to-end process flows and partner with the BCA Digital program on ERP architecture. Monitor and report team performance metrics in support of the SAP program; build relationships with internal supply chain partners and external stakeholders. Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years in supply chain/fulfillment/engineering/manufacturing, leadership experience, and travel as needed; preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher and ERP/SAP experience; ability to analyze metrics to drive decisions and implement solutions across complex environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- Domestic and international travel as needed
- At least one year of leadership role experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing internal leadership course
