Procurement Manager

Job Summary
Develop and implement procurement policies to streamline purchasing processes while leading end-to-end RFPs from requirements gathering to supplier selection. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability, then negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and partner with Finance on budgeting and spend planning. Monitor metrics to identify cost savings and process improvements, managing ongoing vendor relationships including renewals and performance discussions. This role requires a working knowledge of AI tools to improve work quality and efficiency, with a hybrid schedule including two in-office collaboration days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role
- experience in the technology or SaaS sector
- Strong negotiation skills
- track record of securing favourable terms, pricing, and service levels from suppliers
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices
