Procurement Manager – Airport Dimensions (North America)

Job Summary
Partner with the North America Airport Dimensions business as the primary procurement function, delivering measurable value through cost savings, risk reduction, and supplier performance improvement. Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and renegotiations across Design and Construction and Lounge Operations, managing requirements definition, market analysis, proposal analysis, and commercial negotiations. Build tailored sourcing plans that leverage group purchasing power while driving structured oversight and value creation through supplier relationship management and quarterly business reviews. Analyze spend, review contracts, and develop subcategory plans to achieve stakeholder endorsement, ensuring group policies are embedded across the region. Support regional and functional development projects as required, influencing senior stakeholders to drive sustainable procurement initiatives and improved supplier alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (or equivalent qualification or experience) educated in a related field or with a professional procurement qualification
- Demonstrable knowledge of key legislative, market, industry and social factors relating to procurement and sustainable sourcing
- Experience of the airport and/or airline sector and/or hospitality sector
- Experienced in leading sourcing initiatives from conception through to commercial contract closure
- Willingness to travel within North America and to the UK when required
