Job Summary
Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for consumer goods across international markets, developing strategic sourcing plans aligned with cost, quality, and business objectives. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across South Asia and global regions, managing the full RFQ process from specification development to final bid submission. Prepare comprehensive landed cost structures including freight, duties, and tariffs, conduct detailed cost analysis, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with international suppliers. Build long-term supplier relationships to ensure performance and scalability while overseeing procurement planning, purchase execution, and compliance with standards. Utilize ERP systems and analytics to drive data-driven decisions and implement cost reduction initiatives. Night shift only, full-time, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Salary negotiable within range.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree required (MBA or equivalent), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, International Business, or related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management
- Mandatory experience supporting importer-focused companies (India-based or global) operating in import-driven business models
- Proven experience working within an international procurement environment
- Proven experience managing RFQ processes end-to-end, including costing, supplier evaluation, and bid submission
- Proven experience working in environments involving international trade, import processes, and cost structures, including: Customs duties and tariffs, Freight and logistics cost components, Incoterms and shipping-related cost implications
- Strong ability to understand and incorporate all landed cost components into pricing and procurement decisions
- Proven experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong expertise in developing and analyzing landed cost structures, including margin-based pricing models
- Significant and proven experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international suppliers
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost savings, margin improvement, and strategic supplier partnerships
- Night Shift Only (WFO)

- Experience supporting foreign-based importer companies is strongly preferred
- Strong experience working with suppliers across South Asia and other global sourcing regions
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on profitability
