Job Summary
Lead Vendor Management for Carelon Global Solutions India, responsible for managing overall vendor performance against contractual SLAs, ensuring vendor conformity to enterprise standards, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Defines and oversees complex vendor management and implementation strategies for multiple vendors, manages vendor agreements to ensure compliance, quality, and corrective action plans, and leads ongoing programs that are multi-state, multi-function, and multi-year. Duties include program governance, escalation response, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives. Requires 4-9 years of experience in process improvement, contract management, vendor management, or related fields, and experience with Clinical Sourcing (Rx) and vendor management for categories including Pharmacy and Clinical. Skills emphasized include contract administration, vendor performance monitoring, stakeholder communication, and negotiation with vendor sales teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background is required.
