Job Summary
Lead the full procurement process to ensure availability of raw and indirect materials, defining sourcing and provisioning strategies while managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluations. Identify new suppliers, evaluate offers, and monitor purchasing data, trends, pricing, and inventory levels to drive KPIs and budget performance. Ensure data accuracy and system management within SAP MM while maintaining compliance with quality, EHS, and internal procedures through cross-functional collaboration. This role supports medmix's global production sites with a focus on supply continuity and cost efficiency in Valencia.
Required Qualifications
- Lead the full procurement process to ensure availability of raw and indirect materials
- Define and implement sourcing and provisioning strategies
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluations
- Identify new suppliers and evaluate offers to select the best partners
- Monitor purchasing data, trends, pricing, and inventory levels
- Ensure data accuracy and system management (SAP MM)
- Drive procurement KPIs and budget performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and other units
- Ensure compliance with quality, EHS and internal procedures
- ~5 years of experience in Procurement
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory)
