Job Summary
Procurement Lead (Medicaid) location: remote nationwide in the U.S. Lead sourcing initiatives and develop procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value. Oversee procurement documentation, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and logistics. Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, support RFPs, and mentor procurement team members as applicable. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in procurement or supplier management, and 2+ years of project leadership; remote work with occasional travel up to 10% and EST-focused schedule. Preferred qualifications include MBA and PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of procurement, relationship/supplier management, or process improvement experience
- Two or more years of project leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, support decision-making, and achieve business objectives
