Procurement Lead - Functional Expert (H/F)

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementations of functional processes including Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, and Supplier Relationship Management through to go-live. Deploy agentic AI solutions by leveraging domain expertise and natural language processing to adapt AI behaviors to specific client contexts. Collaborate with Solution Architects to conduct fit-gap analyses, perform product demonstrations, and take full functional responsibility for design documents. Support partners during deployments by providing design feedback and configuration reviews while integrating customer feedback to evaluate and improve product features. Oversee delivery plans, coordinate team efforts to meet milestones, and provide PMO support to drive change management initiatives. Requires a Master's degree, 5+ years of procurement experience, and 25% business travel. Hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in procurement, business/management, supply chain management, or a related field
- 5+ years of functional experience in procurement, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), and supply chain
- Prior experience in software and SaaS (Software as a Service) implementation projects
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation via leading cloud procurement platforms
- Strong ability to leverage natural language to drive AI/automation tools
- Experience in managing client & partner relationships
- Facilitation of workshops
- Acting as a 'Trusted Advisor'
- Strong functional knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle
- Excellent project management skills
- Relevant certifications in procurement or project management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire clients during workshops
- Ability to build strong, collaborative partnerships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Collaboration closely with clients and partners
- Autonomous, results-oriented, proactive, and flexible
- Ability to coach and mentor peers on procurement and spend management processes
- Excellent command of English
- Business travel for approximately 25%
