Job Summary
Procurement Lead embedded with client procurement functions in Saudi operations, owning the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for development and construction projects. Responsible for sourcing strategy and PO execution, supplier onboarding and performance management, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks. Collaborates with PMCs, project managers, finance, legal, and engineering teams to support approval workflows; lead vendor onboarding, pre-qualifications, and supplier performance management; conduct internal training on procurement systems and best practices; analyze spend and supplier data to propose cost-saving and efficiency improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and ERP procurement tools such as SAP Ariba or Oracle; 10+ years of procurement experience in engineering and construction contexts; experience delivering significant savings through strategic sourcing; strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years end-to-end procurement experience
- Experience managing procurement and commercial activities across engineering and construction works
- Hands-on experience with ERP procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms
