Job Summary
Supports purchasing, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, and day-to-day supply chain operations in a part-time, on-site warehouse environment. Maintains real-time inventory data, processes purchase orders and shipping documentation, verifies incoming goods against POs, coordinates with vendors and internal teams on order status and delivery timelines, and handles parcel shipments and LTL documentation (BOLs). Experience with ConnectWise PSA or similar systems and familiarity with FedEx/LTL processes are strongly preferred. Education preferred in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics. Location: Lake Success, NY area (New Hyde Park).
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain support preferred
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA or similar ERP/inventory management systems strongly preferred
- Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems and LTL freight processes preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
