Job Summary
Support sourcing activities by researching suppliers, collecting quotations, and comparing commercial offers. Assist in preparing, processing, and following up on purchase requests while analyzing procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Procurement Manager, maintain internal records and supplier information, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate purchasing processes. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to buyers. This internship offers hands-on learning within Knauf Italia's global drywall manufacturing business, featuring a monthly allowance of 700 € plus additional allowances.
Required Qualifications
- degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or currently studying towards one

- good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data
- good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams
- good level of English
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Expertise in commercial relationship
