Job Summary
Procurement Intern will support the U.S. and Canadian Procurement teams. The internship provides hands-on experience in the procurement process and supplier management over a two-year program exclusive to undergraduates. Responsibilities include handling daily tasks with external vendors and internal stakeholders, supporting RFQ and purchase order placement and vendor follow-up, contributing to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal departments to align procurement needs. Required skills include English proficiency, strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI, and demonstrated analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities. Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in English is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Interest in procurement and supply chain management
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to work together as team
