Job Summary
Procurement Graduate in a hybrid role based in Limerick, Ireland, joining Verizon's Global Procurement team. You will manage daily transaction flows, review Ariba PRs and release S4 POs, monitor payment terms and documentation, handle PR/PO turnaround targets, manage procurement inquiries channels, resolve PMEs and GRIR to ensure on-time vendor payments, compile procurement reports, and ensure 100% SOX compliance. The role emphasizes building automation (App Scripts, Slack workflows) and reducing manual tasks, with a strong focus on data accuracy, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. Requires a recent bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, BIS, or related field, internship experience or relevant project work, familiarity with SAP S4/Hana and Ariba, and skills in Excel/Google Workspace; willingness to learn enterprise systems and contribute to cross-functional procurement operations.
