Job Summary
Maintain and improve adherence to established governance protocols by creating documentation for policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop supply chain analytics dashboards using AI, Excel, and Power BI to monitor KPIs and identify trends, while leading complex data analysis projects to enhance visibility and performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement governance frameworks and change management initiatives, identifying process inefficiencies to optimize procurement operations. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure compliance across the supply chain network.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in analytical, governance or comparable role
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong skillset with Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of procurement systems (i.e. SAP, Ariba, MRP/ERP, Agentic AI)
- Demonstrated ability to manage analytical projects from conception to implementation
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Highly motivated to learn and grow, both personally and professionally
- Take initiative to increase process efficiency and drive cost out

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferable (Six Sigma, Lean)
