Job Summary
Develop the Contracting Strategy for growth projects, manage tender processes, and negotiate with contractors for purchases under EUR5 million. Execute capex tenders, organize pre-qualification, and oversee contract implementation and follow-up. Manage Purchase-to-pay steps within the ERP system and conduct supplier selection for purchases exceeding SGD40K without framework agreements. Develop project and category strategies through internal and external analyses to secure optimal value. Execute the annual terminal procurement plan and budget while continuously reviewing S&P policies and proposing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years' experience in Contracting Management or Procurement related experiences
- Strong commercial awareness and experience of Contract Law, which include drafting contract/specification clauses
- Proven experience in contract negotiations; vendor management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and decisive with high initiative
- A quick-learner, a good team player as well as possess the aptitude to work well independently
